Sparrow Hills’s Principals previously collaborated at Werrus Energy and ETNR, where they gained joint experience in originating, evaluating, and managing investments in energy and metals.
In 2024, Sergei Pokrovsky and Dimitri Daudin co-founded Sparrow Hills Partners as their new investment management platform, leveraging their strengths and shared investment history.

Enterprising and visionary investor with experience managing exploration and production portfolios in unconventional plays, such as the Permian basin, the Marcellus and Montney shale regions, and conventional assets in the Gulf of Mexico.
Value-driven entrepreneur, investor, and operations/investment executive with extensive experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Natural Resources and Sustainability. Since 2017 Dimitri has spent in Private Equity, building/managing companies and portfolios in the energy space.
