  • Pilot production of brine and lithium products / Opportunistic & synergistic technology investments

EXPONENTIAL HISTORIC GROWTH IN BATTERY STORAGE

  • Building acreage positions / Drilling operations to delineate resource.

  • Battery energy storage is dominated by lithium-ion chemistries (i.e. lithium is in all batteries).

  • Battery storage demand will continue growing with AI/datacenter growth and demand for clean energy.

Since 2022 Sparrow Hills invested in building a leasehold position attractive portfolio of development assets in Smackover formation in Northeast Texas, prospective for lithium brines (ETNR LLC).

Smackover formation is known to contain significant lithium brine resources, which have been confirmed through extensive drilling initially conducted for hydrocarbon exploration. The aim is to develop these brine resources swiftly and judiciously to produce lithium using the Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) process.

Investment in ETNR LLC aligns perfectly with operational expertise of Sparrow Hills’ principals, given extensive oil and gas industry background and expertise, hence ETNR LLC as investment is directly managed by Sparrow Hills as executives.

In concordance with building ETNR LLC, Sparrow Hills has organically identified sweveral attractive lithium brines investment opportunities both in Smackover and elsewhere in the U.S. for replicating its initial success with direct investment in ETNR LLC.
