His vast experience includes acquisitions and divestitures in the U.S. and Canada, business development, strategic planning, negotiations, marketing innovations and sales and logistics.

Frank supports Sparrow Hills across Battery Metals and Responsible Oil & Gas platforms.

Extensive operational and regulatory experience working in oil and gas in the U.S., focused in the Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana markets. Mike co-founded several energy companies, including drilling and completions, exploration and production, seismic and salt-water disposal businesses. Mike was awarded the first BLM lease for federal oil and gas unit in Texas which he managed until the unit was sold in 2008.

Mike brings an outstanding experience in areas of interest and operations of Sparrow Hills across Battery Metals and Sustainable Oil & Gas platforms.

10+ years of experience in fashion industry, several times award-winner for the innovation and sustainability. Successfully sold three of her previous companies that she started and built. Sasha has extensive experience in wholesale, retail and e-commerce. She is currently a CEO of Smart Swimsuits Inc., a sustainable fashion brand, that Sparrow Hills is an early investor in.

Sasha supports Sparrow Hills as advisor and operating partner across its Sustainability platform, helping identify acquisition targets with sustainability potential as wells organically generating opportunities for investments in Sustainability.

Technology leader and entrepreneur with a proven track record in technology development and commercialization across diverse portfolios, including mobile data centers, immersion cooling, computer vision, data analytics platforms, fiber optics, and automation. Founder & CEO of AIProEnergy and Mining Services. Prior leadership roles with ConocoPhillips as Technology Director and Schlumberger.

Anton brings his invaluable insights and experience, supporting Sparrow Hills in evaluating and building data center and energy technology & services companies.

Experienced business development and operations executive in the construction of both conventional and renewable power plants in the Americas and Europe. Proficient in overall strategy (design/build), Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), management, and equipment integration. Francisco successfully completed over $200M worth of projects, working with companies like Wartsila, Jacobs, Worley Parsons, and Shell. Francisco is a Founder & CEO of Woltia, an energy solutions company.

Seasoned executive and visionary entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in clean/renewable power industry. Currently an Innovation Leader at Cordeilo Power, an independent power producer that develops, owns and manages renewable power facilities across North America. Prior to Cordelio, Dan was a Chief Technology Officer of GoGreen Investments Corporation, and prior to that held various senior executive roles at GlidePath and Lincoln Renewable Energy.

Dan advises Sparrow Hills across its Clean Energy Assets vertical.

Accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in senior management within the global energy industry, culminating in his role as VP of Investor Relations and Executive Officer at Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB). Simon has a proven track record in operations, having led Schlumberger’s North Sea Geomarket. His expertise extends to significant M&A, highlighted by his management of the company’s $11 billion acquisition of Smith. As an IR consultant post-Schlumberger, he provides strategic guidance, notably advising GoGreen Investments on its SPAC transaction with Lifezone Metals (NYSE: LZM).
